Description
Our Crew management department encompasses a broad range of activities covering the recruitment and selection, deployment, training, crew costs monitoring and ongoing management of the officers and ratings engaged on vessels under our management. The crew selection process is highly monitored and scrutinized with the strict object previous sea service record refrances and therafter onboard reliability improving and consistency. Our crewing involves, but is not limited to the followings:
  • planning and arranging crew changes
  • arranging flights, visas and accommodation including all relevant formalities for singn on/off signers.
  • assistance with ITF and insurance matters
  • supply of working/safety clothes, shose, helmets, glasses etc.
  • payroll control
Our major priority is the highest standards of seafarer competence, as we deliver exceptional training through our network of training centres and online learning via Marlins
